Tim Kaine received his first classified intelligence briefing as the Democratic vice presidential nominee in NY on Thursday, according to a senior USA intelligence official and two sources in the Clinton campaign, who all agreed to discuss the briefing on the condition of anonymity.

With Trump under fire for his readout of the briefing, Clinton piled on, calling his remarks “totally inappropriate and undisciplined” when asked about them during a press conference at the Westchester airport in White Plains, New York.
“Trump and Christie listened politely but Flynn repeatedly interrupted the briefers and disparaged their work, according to former officials familiar with the matter”, the Post reports.

Trump’s briefing, which was led by staffers from the office of the director of national intelligence and likely included information on threats and emerging concerns from around the globe, made news Wednesday night after the mogul himself referenced it during a nationally televised candidate forum.
