Klopp warns Sakho over Reds return

The game against Leicester City will be a famous moment in the club’s history as we play in front of nearly 55,000 fans for the first time since the late 1970s.

It’s two of the best teams in the country facing off on a Saturday evening, with their respective styles likely to make for a high-tempo game.

“We did not isolate him [Balotelli]”, Klopp said.

Liverpool owners John W. Henry and Tom Werner will be among those in attendance, as the Reds look to improve their league form with a victory at home to the Premier League champions.

Liverpool rarely threatened to break down the Clarets that afternoon, but Klopp expects his attacking players to be far more potent with the backing of the Anfield crowd. Mamadou Sakho had so much time out, and now the season is underway.

The Liverpool manager said in a press conference: “Mane, I don’t know how it works and who said it, but it was absolutely nothing”. Lucas claims he is “ready to go” after admitting that he is fit enough to play the full match for the Anfield outfit. Before the closing of the transfer market Leicester strengthened its membership Algerian Islam Slimani, bought it for 30 million.

Ranieri: “Liverpool are a very good team and on Saturday we have a very good match”. We are the champions.

His ability to play all across the attack is very useful as well and he’s quickly developing a great understanding with Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho in Liverpool’s attack. While this was easy fodder to report on a breakdown in their relationship, this situation was exacerbated when it emerged that the club wanted him to go out on loan for the season to regain his fitness and match sharpness.

“Now we can also buy some players who are 26 or 27, who are more solid players and can help us”.

He also added that he feels that Leicester are one of his favourites for the title.

“Of course the Premier League is very hard but I think the squad we have, with the new players who have made us stronger – hopefully it’s going to be a very good season for the club”.

“It was hard because it was a first pre-season with Liverpool and some training was harder than at my old club in Serbia, but every day I adapted more for this new kind of training and everything is good now”.
