Chris Brown was reportedly tested for drugs after his arrest on Tuesday (30.08.16).

“He is being transported to robbery homicide, where he will be arrested for assault with a deadly weapon”, Chris Ramirez, the Los Angeles Police Department’s Lieutenant told reporters at a media conference. He is now scheduled to appear at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center on September 20 for an arraignment.
Claiming that he’d just woken up to find officers surrounding his house, Brown protested his innocence – as well as saying that the authorities wouldn’t find anything in a house search – before voicing his support for the Black Lives Matter movement and then declaring “fuck the police”.
Following news of his release, Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos has taken to Twitter to describe the allegations as “demonstrably false”, tweeting: “Thanks to everyone for their support and well wishes”. Chris is out and well.
Baylee Curran told The Los Angeles Times that she and a friend went to Brown’s house with a business associate Monday night. She said Brown and another man became angry with her when she admired the man’s diamond necklace.
Brown came out of his Los Angeles home peacefully Tuesday after an hours long standoff with police who responded to the woman’s call for help.
At least six members of the star’s entourage exited the property as cops gained entry, and Geragos arrived just before the warrant was served, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Los Angeles Police patrol the entrance to the street of singer Chris Brown’s home in the Tarzana neighborhood of Los Angeles, Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2016.
Rihanna may have moved on with Drake but apparently she still has some lingering feelings left for her ex Chris Brown.
During his standoff with police, Brown posted a series of now deleted videos on Instagram in which he denied any wrongdoing.
Yo this Ray J, check it out, I’m real upset about today. I stay out of the way, take care of my daughter.
And to react like that so fast without really knowing the facts and knowing what’s up? It shouldn’t be like this.
