More information on Chris Brown‘s accuser Baylee Curran has surfaced and his lawyer is insisting that the R&B singer is innocent. He was released from jail after posting $250,000 bail and his arraignment was tentatively set for September 20. However, the Los Angeles Times has now reported that the police found no weapons at his apartment. In the past, Brown has tweeted that Murray is a racist.

The lawyer also said his team was now investigating texts Curran allegedly sent to a friend early Tuesday morning, “Chris Brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend’s jewelry fake, can you come get me?”

Brown has spoken out about Murray in the past. “That’s when the neighbors heard the commotion and saw me out there and then called the police, and that is when I then called the police”. She also prosecuted Chris in his assault case against Rihanna, 28. TMZ reports that the day Brown allegedly pulled his gun on Curran, police had decided not to arrest the “Loyal” singer.

“I don’t know if it’s his friends who kind of triggered Chris, but he said don’t go near the diamonds”, Curran said “He started calling me names saying go back outside get the f-outside”.

“We are now in possession of a number of items ranging from things that purport to be a text sent by the accuser before she was picked up”, said Geragos.

“That’s when the neighbors heard the commotion and saw me out there and then called the police, and that is when I then called the police”.

Baylee Curran, who recounted the incident to TMZ said, she was just admiring a piece of jewelry when Brown started yelling. Geragos also told the Times that no such jewelry was discovered.
