So far, disgraced ex-OCI boss Pat Hickey and THG boss Kevin Mallon are facing charges of ticket touting and larceny, among others.

Police said the local Rio 2016 organising committee had cooperated in the investigation but lamented that nobody from the IOC had come forward to give the worldwide organisation’s side of the story.
Bach canceled his trip to the opening of the Paralympics in Rio on Wednesday.
The IOC tells The Associated Press it can not comment on the legal case against Hickey but adds “for the IOC it goes without saying that it will cooperate on this matter”.
Hickey, 71, an International Olympic Committee member since 1995, was arrested on August 17 before being released on health grounds under condition of remaining in Brazil.
Falcao said police retrieved information from spreadsheets by OCI sports director Martin Burke, who was named on Thursday as a suspect, showing how the allocation of tickets had gone up a year ago.
It’s unclear if Bach will go to Brazil for any of the Paralympics, which last until September 18. “These are tickets that were sold for up to $8,000”.
The judge ruled that Mr Hickey (71) and Mr Mallon (36) should be given a curfew of 10pm every night and they have been ordered to report to the court on the 20th day of every month.
Mr Hickey was arrested in his hotel on August 17.
“Neither the IOC nor the IOC President have been contacted by any Brazilian authority concerning a request for information”, the IOC said in a Friday statement.
The ring appears to have operated similar scams at the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics and the 2012 London Games, according to two police sources, who requested anonymity as they were not authorized to speak publicly.
They have also arrested the local representative of THG Sports, Kevin James Mallon. His passport was confiscated, and he must remain in Brazil until the case is concluded.

The email makes no mention, however, as to why Bach has decided not to attend the Paralympic Games, making him the first IOC President to miss the event since 1984. Rio police will communicate this to other governments but are not expanding their own investigation.
