According to the National Weather Service, emergency management reported flooding in northern Butler County, including water over parts of Highway 64, around 6 a.m. today. These showers are almost stationary.

A flash flood warning was issued at around 2:14 p.m. for southeast and windward Oahu, including Waimanalo, Kailua, Kahuku, Waiahole, Waikane Stream, Punaluu, Waialua, Laie, Kahuku and Haleiwa. Other locations in the advisory include but are not limited to Kualapuu, Kalaupapa, Hoolehua and the area near Molokai Airport.
Central Oahu saw some rain as well.
On James Island, Charleston County deputies said only one lane was open at Folly and Camp roads due to flooding, which was making traffic back up in the area.
A flash flood watch means the threat of flash flooding exists.
A flash flood watch is also in effect through tonight.

Police departments in Charleston and Mount Pleasant began reopening streets as flooding subsided Tuesday evening, after a line of heavy storms dumped large amounts of preciptation over the area for more than four hours, beginning around 1 p.m. Flash flooding is very unsafe. Although a few spotty heavy showers are still occurring, weather radar and rain gages show that most of the heavy rains have ended. Isolated flood issues are a concern.
