Marcus Rashford’s last-gasp strike at the KCOM Stadium made it three Premier League wins from three for Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United side, on the back of the Community Shield triumph over Leicester City.

Before the 18-year-old’s 92nd-minute tap-in, Rashford ran Hull ragged, drawing a fine save from goalkeeper Eldin Jakupovic and providing an inviting cross which Ibrahimovic failed to meet, yet the Swede still applauded the Wythenshawe lad’s enterprise.
United’s late win means only they and Chelsea have won their first three Premier League matches, with the Red Devils second on goal difference. “I always believe in my players and we have a really good squad”. “I know that he’s very good since last season, but working with him every day I think the same”.
Mourinho has enjoyed an excellent start to life at Old Trafford, with United boasting a ideal record from three league games, and winning the Community Shield against Leicester.
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho was full of praise for Marcus Rashford after he scored two minutes into stoppage time to give United a 1-0 victory against Hull.
“He’s different than (Wayne) Rooney, he’s different than Zlatan (Ibrahimovic), so everybody is happy with him and we’re happy with the squad”.
When asked about the player’s prospects of featuring in that one, Mourinho said: “He can play, but he can be on the bench. I have to credit Hull…their players can not do more than they did”.
“Hopefully we can settle all those issues we’ve got in front of us”.
Owner Assem Allam’s son Ehab revealed in Saturday’s programme that a takeover is imminent. They weren’t playing with the intensity that we need and he was part of it.

The Portuguese said: “Marcus is a young and talented player”. But I think they did fantastically well, congratulations to them and if I was the chairman I would give the job immediately to Mike Phelan. The left-back continued on to congratulate the United fans who were so happy with the win saying “they were unbelievable today”. We know we will draw or lose matches, but the mentality has to be that we have got to win. If you don’t trust him or want him to play, you buy other strikers.
