This’ll be the fifth year straight that Apple has held an early September event to announce new products. Speculation is rife that we might see the debut of 256GB storage model in the iPhone lineup.
The “iPhone 7” is expected to look similar to the iPhone 6s/6 and be offered in the same two models with a 4.7-inch screen and a Plus version with a 5.5-inch screen.
Even though nothing has been confirmed yet but, for the last four years, every September the Cupertino tech giant has launched new models of smartphones and this time experts suggests that next week will be the turn of the Apple Inc.’s new smartphone iPhone 7.
For those who aren’t invited, Apple will live stream the keynote on their website. The iPhone 7 Plus is said to feature a dual-lens camera system for improved photography.
There are also reports saying that the iPhone 7 will be more water-resistant plus optical image stabilization will be introduced to the non-Plus models. Also, no headphone jack!
There are several rumours and expectations which report from the analysts and other Apple products watchers which indicate that Apple’s actually not going to offer that much of an overhaul to its phones, but will instead likely introduce two phones that look an terrible lot like its current iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.
The recent invite also features the words “See you on the 7th”, which all but confirms the September 7 date of the next event.
Whatever it means, we’ll find out soon enough.
