If you’ve not yet had the opportunity to play Overwatch, I’d suggest you clear your plans for this weekend immediately. You can now download Overwatch for your consoles and play until Monday, September 12th at 4 PM PT.
PS4 and Xbox One players do have something up this weekend.
It was announced in the official “Overwatch” website that the game will be free starting Sep. The size of the download is 9GB, so prepare to shift things around if needed. The free “Overwatch” download file is 9GB for PS4. Orwig said the Overwatch development team focused on assuring very stable online support through the game’s launch and first few months, with the high-bandwidth support held aside as a “back pocket” feature in custom games set up by users. Search for “Overwatch” and select the “Overwatch: Origins Editions”, then click the “Free Trial”. The shooter is going to be free to play for the next couple of days!
