Apple also upgraded the processor of Apple Watch Series 2 (dubbed as S2) and the gadget’s display. Otherwise, you’ll need to pay the difference.

“It looks like part of the reason they are keeping the design the same this year is there are bigger changes they are working on for next year”, said analyst Jan Dawson of Jackdaw Research. The Cupertino based tech company called the gadget as the Apple Watch Series 2.
