Accused teen ‘doctor’ arrested on new theft charges

According to the report, the 19-year-old – who had been free on an $18,000 bail, was released from the Palm Beach County Jail on Monday after another $8,000 in bail was posted.

He faces new charges of larceny between $20,000 and $100,000, and fraud.

It’s not clear what alleged crime is behind the grand theft auto charge, but court records revealed that Love-Robinson is accused of trying to buy a new vehicle with a $1,500 bad check. Love-Robinson was arrested back in February for allegedly impersonating a doctor and running his own clinic when he was only 17 years old. Authorities also say he never had a valid license to practice medicine.

Intriguingly, Love-Robinson’s arrest on Monday was linked to events that predate his February arrest.

During the hearing, Judge Krista Marx granted his defence lawyer’s request to be taken off the case. CBS 12 reported that Love-Robinson turned down a plea deal earlier this year in which he would have served three years in prison.

“I am a well rounded professional that treats, and cares for patients, using a system of practice that bases treatment of physiological functions and abnormal conditions on natural laws governing the human body”, a previous entry of his on a “find a doctor” website read. The grand theft charge was regarding an October 13 incident, though no further information was made known.

“I really wish him the best and hope that eventually he can put this all behind him”, Feuer said of his now former client Monday.
