Obama: I don’t take Philippines president’s ‘son of a b—-‘ comments personally

Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday defended his country’s human rights record at a regional summit in Laos, urging East Asian leaders and the United States to help Manila eradicate the scourge of illicit drugs.

“I don’t take these comments personally because it seems as if this is a phrase he’s used repeatedly, including directed at the Pope and others”.

Duterte said that when he briefly met Obama at the Association of Southeast Asian Nations summit, he already explained himself and even asked Obama to check the tapes of the interview. Trump also said Obama’s leadership had demoralized US military generals. He said Russian Federation and the United States have a joint interest in defeating Islamic State jihadists.

President Barack Obama is hitting back at Donald Trump for the Republican’s frequent criticism of Obama’s foreign policy.

But the leader, who won the presidency earlier this year on his anti-drugs message, has stayed relentless in his bid to keep the Philippines narcotics-free, oftentimes lashing out and using offensive language against his detractors.

“Several leaders remained seriously concerned over recent developments in the South China Sea”, said the draft. Trump repeated his assertion the United States should have seized oil from Iraq. We’re taking seriously fighting against illegal drugs.

“And I think it’s very important that we have a relationship, but there has to be a certain level of respect that is expected on both sides”, Clinton said. He says he hopes that by continuing to shrink the population, Americans will start to ask about the expense.

“As far as I can tell it’s been terrific”, the president said of his reception in Asia during the trip. “I have great judgment, I know what’s going on”. And it’s not necessary, and it’s hugely expensive for US taxpayers.

Clinton said that her vote for the Iraq war when she was a US senator was a mistake, but that it was important to learn from mistakes. “That is a judgment issue”. He said Asian leaders would be puzzled by Trump’s remarks, and Americans would know who to choose as president on November 8.

He said he told the leaders, “This is human rights, what do you intend to do?” and “Human rights violations whether committed by Moses or Abraham, is still violation of human rights”.

“It was something that should not have been done”, she said, adding that there was no evidence her system was hacked.

Trump also drew fire for criticising the military. He says “this is where the action will be” in terms of commerce and trade.
