Samsung: consumers should exchange Galaxy Note 7 phones ASAP

Batteries of new smartphones by Samsung are burning, and this situation is very common nearly with all the smartphones which company has sold in Galaxy Note 7 smartphone series.

Samsung confirmed that the battery cell in the model was faulty, and that they were expediting shipments of replacement phones while working on a new model. 8, citing “recent incidents and concerns raised by Samsung about its Galaxy Note 7 devices”. But many look around and see the way how it turned the mobile devices into a virtual dream of device which can make your life simpler.

Some analysts say that after accounting for expenses from the recall process, the recall could cost Samsung almost $5 billion in revenue.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission encouraged owners to shut down their devices as Samsung works to recall the phones.

The three biggest USA airlines — American, Delta and United — said Friday that flight attendants will remind passengers of the FAA warning, but it was unclear how they would make sure that passengers keep the Samsung devices powered off.

Three airlines in Australia have already banned passengers from using the smartphone after Samsung recalled the product last week. “Hopefully Samsung will make the appropriate fixes so their phones quit having issues sooner than later”.

Samsung said United States users can exchange their phones and get a US$25 gift card. While we’re glad that no one has been hurt, this is still incredibly nerve-wracking and we urge anyone with the Samsung Note 7 to never put that thing near a charger.
