Donald Trump Criticises US Policy, This Time On Russian TV
Speaking with Israel’s Channel 2, Mrs. Clinton said that by singling out Muslims during his campaign, Mr. Trump had played into the hands of extremists and helped their recruitment efforts, in effect “giving aid and comfort to their evil ambitions”. A new Hillary Clinton ad is turning to Republicans to make the case that Donald Trump is unfit for the Oval Office.
Interviewed at an NBC candidates forum Wednesday night, Trump offered no account of Putins achievements, except perhaps for noting an 82 percent approval rating from a polling agency now under legal threat as a foreign agent. Nor did Trump outline much of a vision for working with him if he became president, beyond pondering how wonderful it would be if Russian Federation and the United States could join forces against the Islamic State.
With Election Day less than two months away, Democrats are increasingly anxious that Hillary Clinton has not built a formidable lead against Donald Trump despite his historic weaknesses as a national party candidate.
She also clarified Trump’s comments on Putin the day before, in which Trump called Putin a stronger leader than Obama in his country.
In the Republican primaries, Trump’s opponents were repeatedly frustrated by his ability to dominate the news cycle with provocative comments and his failure to suffer any consequences for his words.
“The problem is, Hillary Clinton is trigger-happy”.
Topping off a tumultuous week was Trump’s appearance Thursday on the Russian-owned TV station RT America.
Critics of the network, which mostly targets audiences outside of Russian Federation and also includes programming in Spanish, Hindi and Arabic, have described it as a propaganda arm of Putin’s government.
In 2008, Republican nominee John McCain blasted Russia’s military actions in the country of Georgia and argued he would take a more aggressive approach against the country as president.
When King asked about reports that US intelligence agencies are investigating whether Russian Federation is trying to disrupt the election, Trump said that he’s skeptical.
Putin doesn’t have a good image in the United States, either.
“Don’t be surprised – because we have been given a lot of support over the last three to four weeks – if on November 8th, I get more African-American and Hispanic votes than anyone thought possible about a month ago”. And it is shared by those in the Middle East who see Russias intervention in Syria on behalf of its embattled president, Bashar Assad, as decisive, and not hesitant and convoluted, as US policy has been. “But certainly in that system he’s been a leader far more than our president has been a leader”. “And unfortunately, there are people like that and he has lifted them up”.
American presidential candidates are not prone to condemn their country before a foreign audience, even if they are fierce critics of the current administration while campaigning in the United States.
“He said one nice thing about me”.
Trump has suggested Clinton should be charged with a crime for her use of private e-mail while secretary of state and what he says are pay-to-play schemes with her family philanthropic foundation.

Trump’s support among black voters has almost doubled in two months, but, again, they remain relatively low.

How Putin has gotten that approval rating might be troubling for many Americans.
