CNN poll: More ‘likely voters’ believe Clinton will win debate

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, with “Today” show co-anchor Matt Lauer, left, speaks at the NBC Commander-In-Chief Forum held at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space museum aboard the decommissioned aircraft carrier Intrepid, New York, Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2016. “We’re going to speed up the process, we’re going to create a great mental health division”.

The fundraiser, which CNN reported raised around $6 million, featured appearances by Laverne Cox and Barbra Streisand – the latter of whom lampooned Trump in a parody of “Send in the Clowns”.

I’ll start with Lauer’s handling of Trump, given that the Republican candidate has an especially insane and ignorant view of foreign policy that demands precisely the sort of aggressive pushback that Lauer did not provide. That was a false statement.

When King asked about reports that US intelligence agencies are investigating whether Russian Federation is trying to disrupt the election, Trump said that he’s skeptical.

Trump slammed the Democratic White House hopeful’s remarks as “insulting”, saying they will cost her at the polls in an early Saturday tweet. “We have a divided country”.

In yet another controversial remarks, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has said USA generals under Obama administration have been “reduced to rubble” and suggested that he, if elected, would remove some top military officers to usher in a new upper echelon.

However, we can’t take anything as an indication of where the election is headed. “We would leave a certain group behind, and they would take various sections where they have the oil”, Trump said.

Trump promoted his economic agenda during a Tuesday night rally in Greenville.

His 55 to 36 percent lead with the group comes despite recent remarks against the parents of a Muslim-American soldier killed in Iraq, members of the so-called Gold Star families who have lost loved ones in military service. Lauer didn’t say a word in protest.

Ryan credited Trump’s newfound steadiness to campaign manager, Kellyanne Conway.

Mike Pence, Trump’s vice presidential running mate, told CNN it was “inarguable” that Putin had been a stronger leader of Russian Federation than Obama had been in the United states.

Clinton and Trump tried hard to polish their tarnished images as they appeared back-to-back Wednesday for the first time since they were nominated in July, at a forum on military and national security issues hosted by NBC. “You just have to look at the maps”, Trump said. “I think what he said was totally inappropriate”. With Libertarian Party nominee Gary Johnson included, neither Clinton nor Trump eclipsed 45% in any of the four battleground states.

There was even a mock account called “Hillary’s Basket”, with the handle @TheDeplorables, deriding the former first lady and United States senator.

Interest is high in the debates, according to the poll – two-thirds of voters report that they are more interested in watching this year’s debates than previous presidential matchups.
