Hillary Clinton: Donald Trump is a ‘gift for ISIS’

In a statement Saturday, Clinton said that, “many of Trump’s supporters are hard-working Americans who just don’t feel like the economy or our political system are working for them”.

At a fundraiser Friday night in Manhattan, Clinton strongly criticized Trump, as well as his supporters. “Right? The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic – you name it”, she said, before stressing that other Trump supporters are frustrated and need sympathy.

Mr Trump on Friday told a capacity crowd of 12,000 people at the Pensacola Bay Center arena that Mrs Clinton is above the law.

“And unfortunately, there are people like that and he has lifted them up”. “Nearly 15 million people watched the event, and over 26 million tuned in at some point during the hour”.

Clinton added: “He tweets and retweets their offensive hateful mean-spirited rhetoric”.

Clinton also repeated her comment that many of Trump’s supporters deserve empathy.

“Hillary Clinton’s low opinion of the people that support this campaign should be denounced in the strongest possible terms”, Pence told the audience. What did Trump have to say about making attacks on America for a Russian audience?

Traditionally, American presidential candidates do not bash their country before a foreign audience, even if they are fierce critics of the current administration while campaigning in the United States.

While sitting on a ship that survived the fury of World War II, Donald Trump maligned America’s military leadership and praised Russian strongman Vladimir Putin.

With less than two months to go before Election Day, and the race still tight, Clinton walked back her remark on Saturday.

Less than 24 hours after she made the statement at a private New York City fundraiser, Ms. Clinton said, “I regret saying “half” that was wrong”, adding that it was “grossly generalistic”.

The remarks sent the Trump camp into full attack mode, with campaign spokesman Jason Miller quickly issuing a statement saying Clinton’s comments are what’s deplorable.

Obama’s tweet was a response to Mitt Romney’s “47 percent” gaffe, in which he said almost half of Americans were so dependent on the government that they were likely to vote for Obama “no matter what”.

Mike Pence, Trump’s running mate and Governor of IN, confirmed the campaign’s admiration for Putin, telling CNN, “I think it’s inarguable that Vladimir Putin has been a stronger leader IN his country than Barack Obama has been IN this country”.

“I think this will be the last election that the Republicans have a chance of winning because you’re going to have people flowing across the border, you’re going to have illegal immigrants coming in and they’re going to be legalised and they’re going to be able to vote and once that all happens you can forget it”, he said.
