Diagnosed with pneumonia, Clinton falls ill at 9/11 memorial
“Secretary Clinton will not be traveling to California tomorrow or Tuesday”, spokesman Nick Merrill said, hours after the 68-year-old candidate abruptly left the Ground Zero memorial suffering from what her doctor called dehydration. Video from CNN shows her waving to the crowd and taking a photograph with a young child before departing.

Clinton has no known drug allergies, does not smoke, use tobacco products or illicit drugs and drinks occasionally, according to Bardack, who also details her exercise regime: yoga, swimming, walking and weight training.
U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton leaves ceremonies marking the 15th anniversary of the September 11 attacks at the National 9/11 Memorial in New York, New York, United States September 11, 2016.
Aides said Clinton was feeling “overheated” and left to rest at her daughter’s apartment.
He said Clinton “attended the September 11th Commemoration Ceremony for an hour and thirty minutes this morning to pay her respects and greet some of the families of the fallen”.
Clinton walked out of daughter Chelsea Clinton’s apartment on her own and made only a brief comment to the reporters waiting outside, saying “It’s a lovely day in NY”. She said she suffers from seasonal allergies and had increased her dosage of antihistamines.
The two major party presidential nominees, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, attended the somber ceremony to honor those who were lost. Despite Trump’s numerous missteps, the White House race remains close and the public continues to view Clinton has dishonest and untrustworthy.
Political strategists said the campaign should confront the health issue head-on to tamp down any concerns, particularly as Republican rival Donald Trump and some of his high-profile supporters have repeatedly argued that she lacked the “stamina” to battle adversaries overseas.
Later, outside of Chelsea Clinton’s apartment in Manhattan, where the media had stationed itself, Clinton came outside onto the sidewalk and said, “I’m feeling great”.
On Friday, she was accused of insulting millions of Americans by saying half of Mr Trump’s supporters belong in a “basket of deplorables” of racists, homophobes, sexists, xenophobes and Islamophobes.
The former first lady has dismissed “conspiracy theories” about her health and points to a detailed report from her doctor declaring her fit to serve as president.
Clinton was scheduled to leave for California on Monday morning for a two-day swing that included fundraisers and a speech on the economy.
“I won’t stop calling out bigotry and racist rhetoric in this campaign”, she said. “She has to be at tons of events and seem very energetic”, Lawless said.

Larry Sabato, a veteran political scientist at the University of Virginia, said Clinton’s team should release a full health record.
