Chinese Retailer Selling Overclocked Version Of The Xiaomi Mi 5

The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 leak also reveals that the device will have a curved screen, a dual rear camera setup and the Snapdragon 821 processor. This is quite higher than the base CPU and GPU clock speeds of 1.8GHz and 510MHz respectively. The 6GB RAM and higher clock frequencies will be the primary battery guzzlers, which is why Xiaomi Mi5s has been leaked to feature the massive battery capacity while maintaining the same screen size of 5.15 inches as its predecessor.
The leaked specifications also outline the camera details including 16-Megapixel primary sensor with 4-axis optical image stabilization, 6P lens, PDAF and also sapphire glass for protection. Xiaomi recently forayed into the home appliances segment by launching the Mi Robot vacuum cleaner in China. The smartphone supports 4K video recording. The device is said to be backed by a 3490 mAh battery supporting Qualcomm fast charge and a USB Type-C port.

Just a couple of days ago, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 got its 3-C/CCC certification, which is a must-do for all products produced or imported in mainland China, being something along the lines of the UL Logo, a safety mark in the United States. This model is available in Black, White, Gold and Light Purple colour options.
