Claudio Bravo: Claudio Bravo ‘comfortable’ on Manchester City debut
Pep Guardiola does not want the glow of derby success to cause Manchester City to lose focus in Tuesday’s Champions League opener against Borussia Monchengladbach.

Despite his double success in the Champions League when in charge at Barca, Guardiola failed to win the famous trophy again during his three seasons with Bayern. “So I’m looking forward to Vincent and Gundogan coming back, because we need them all”, he said.
And Guardiola reminded his in-form players there is still plenty of room for improvement, particularly when it comes to taking on elite opposition, at home and overseas. He will get better as time goes on.
“Good, good. Comfortable. We have a team here that has personality, we are improving day by day and the matches that we want to win are these, against our rivals, and for that reason I am happy”.
“We have had a little bit of a problem in the last few games with the last pass – we make the movements, but the last pass.especially in the second half when Manchester United pushed a lot”.
As quoted from Sky Sports, Guardiola said, “Until now in the Premier League it has been okay, but to compete against the best clubs in Europe, in this moment with the way we are playing, we are not able to. I am happy that he is with us and he played well”.
Pep Guardiola has revealed he is delaying Vincent Kompany’s return to action for Manchester City due to advice from the club’s medical staff over “toxins” in the Belgian defender’s blood.
“Bravo is so strong”, said the ex-Barcelona boss, echoing his post-match backing for the Chile worldwide from the weekend. That’s what I tried to say after the game.
‘Whether it is Claudio Bravo, Willy (Caballero) or Angus (Gunn), they are going to make mistakes in the future, ‘ said the City boss. “I’m pretty sure about that”.
De Bruyne – who opened the scoring in the 15th minute with a slotted effort, then saw his shot off the post in the 36th tee up Iheanacho – has emphasised how City had to battle to see out the victory.
“They are nearly there to help us play the next six games in the next 18 days”.
“I didn’t discover them”.

“They have a good build-up – Sommer is a goalkeeper who isn’t tall but he reads the game”.
