Trump says he’ll release new health information
Hillary Clinton was diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday, her doctor said, after the candidate appeared to faint while abruptly leaving the September 11 commemoration in NY.

She said that while at Sunday’s event, Clinton became “overheated and dehydrated” but that after examining her Clinton was “re-hydrated and recovering nicely”. She waved to reporters and said, “I’m feeling great”.
The candidate’s physician, Dr. Lisa Bardack, released a statement via the campaign and said she was diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday.
Clad in dark formal suit with temperature around 28C and 46 percent humidity, presidential candidate Hillary Clinton departed from the 9/11 memorial event in downtown Manhattan after feeling “overheated”.
Merrill said Clinton felt “overheated” at the ceremony and was taken to the apartment of her daughter, Chelsea.
Dr Lisa Bardack said she was diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday, given antiobiotics and had become dehydrated at the NY event.
In a report that was released in July 2015 (PDF), Bardack wrote, “Mrs. Clinton is a healthy 67-year-old female whose current medical conditions include hypothyroidism and seasonal pollen allergies”.
Hillary Clinton’s campaign left reporters in the dark for a full 90 minutes about her health and whereabouts on Sunday after she unexpectedly left a 9/11 memorial event in NY.
A campaign aide said Clinton had been examined at her home in Chappaqua, New York, after leaving Ground Zero. The weather was warm and humid in NY, and there was a breeze at the crowded memorial plaza during the ceremony.
Speaking to the Times, other attendees at the Sunday morning ceremony said Clinton did not appear ill when she first arrived. Clinton was all smiles when she left the apartment about two hours later.
“Well, I really just don’t know”, Trump told Fox News.
Donald Trump supporters have tried to make the case that she is physically unfit for the White House, citing a concussion she sustained in December 2012 after fainting.
Trump – who also attended the 9/11 ceremony – was uncharacteristically silent on Twitter about Clinton’s illness, as both took a break from formal campaigning to mark the somber day.
Trump attended the same event marking the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. Her doctor attributed the episode to a stomach virus and dehydration.
“If she doesn’t want to fuel endless questions, she or her [campaign aides] have to get out there”.
Questions about Clinton’s health have been part of the campaign for months.
However, on Monday he said he had medical tests last week and will release the details once results are back.
“I think they did the right thing”.

The candidate came to the ceremony fresh from a political storm over comments she made about Mr Trump’s supporters at a fundraiser on Friday. One strategist says Clinton needs to address the issue more directly.
