Stand-up citizen Chris Brown got in protest of the national anthem on Sunday, September 11.

The act of protest was seemingly a nod to American footballer Colin Kaepernick, who recently stirred up controversy by announcing he would not stand for the US national anthem before games until there is a “significant change” in the oppression of American citizens due to their race.
In footage shared by TMZ, Tank addresses the recent controversy around the National Anthem to the crowd at USC’s Galen Center and asks the fans to join him in honoring the lives of those lost in the terrorist attacks 15 years ago.
Police headed to Brown’s home on August 30 after Curran, who was the guest of one of the star’s pals, called the police.
Chris’ two roommates now have to put a request in writing if they want to have a guest over, and they must include details about the person so that the singer can make an informed decision.
Sources also say that Brown will not allow any guests to bring drugs or alcohol, saying that only Brown’s liquor or drugs are okay in his home.
Chris has insisted he will be able to prove his innocence after being accused of threatening Ms Curran with a gun.
Speaking to ABC News, Chris said: ‘I can not wait till the truth comes to light about this incident and this situation.
The unrepentant singer went on, “I’m glad that all my real supporters know me, and know the truth and they’ll see the truth”.
