“It’s time for me to win some titles”, he told Chelsea‘s official website.

Chelsea have shocked the football world on transfer deadline day by re-signing David Luiz from Paris Saint-Germain.
Luiz, 29, has re-joined the Blues for a fee of £34m, two years after leaving Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte is short of numbers at the back and had already signed Fiorentina’s Marcos Alonso for a fee of £20.5m on what proved to be a busy deadline day.
However, it seems before they made a move for the 29-year-old Chelsea were also keen on another PSG defender in France Under-21 global Kimpembe.
In his three-year stay in west London, Luiz made 143 appearances for Chelsea in all competitions, scoring 12 goals.
Although he endured criticism for some haphazard defending during his time at Chelsea, Luiz helped the club win the Champions League for the first time when they defeated Bayern Munich in the German club’s own stadium in the 2012 final.
He becomes the Blues’ fourth summer signing after France midfielder N’Golo Kante, Belgium striker Michy Batshuayi and Portuguese goalkeeper Eduardo.
Luiz returns to Stamford Bridge on a three-year deal.
While the former Liverpool defender admits that he isn’t a huge admirer of Luiz, Carragher accepts that Chelsea lacked alternatives and Luiz won’t need time to settle in at Stamford Bridge.
The terms of the deal take Cuadrado to the end of the four-and-a-half-year contract he signed on joining Chelsea in February 2015. This is a new adventure for me and to play in the Premier League is a dream come true.
John Terry and Gary Cahill are manager Antonio Conte’s first-choice pairing, but the Chelsea boss is keen to add experienced competition to his defensive ranks.

“I am excited to meet everyone at the club, to see the stadium and of course the fans, who I have heard so many good things about”.
