And overnight Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos posted on twitter thanking everyone for their support and said, “The allegations against him are demonstrably false”. Chris is out and well.

His next scheduled court date is September 20.

The latest drama surrounding the singer began after police were called to his Tarzana, California neighborhood home in the early morning hours of August 30 by a woman now identified as Baylee Curran. In the now-deleted video, Brown, 27, claims that he has been a victim of police harassment: “It’s always going to be f*** the police”. The Los Angeles Police Department said the call came in at 3am yesterday which led to them surrounding Brown’s house trying to make contact with him.

He also claimed that the media attention surrounding the incident at his house is actually helping promote his name and music. As she was admiring one item in particular-a diamond cross necklace-one of Brown’s friends freaked out. Chris came in, pulled out his gun and said, Im getting so sick of you people, pointed the gun at me, [and told me] to get the eff out of the house, the beauty queen added during the interview.

Los Angeles police have been called to singer Chris Brown‘s home.

The police went to a judge to get an arrest warrant to search his premises for the weapon. The result of that arraignment will depend heavily on what police uncovered during the search of his home. “I’ve got some questions, some questions for you / I need some answers, answers from you / What do you do, fighting for your life when no one’s on your side?” he says on the dance track. Curran said Brown and his associates would not let her leave until she signed a non-disclosure agreement.

The incident comes as the latest in a series of encounters with the police, famously including Brown’s 2009 felony conviction for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna.
