Doctor: Clinton has pneumonia

That’s because of Clinton’s abrupt departure Sunday from a 9/11 anniversary ceremony in NY.

Less than two months from election day, it was an unwanted image for Ms Clinton as she tries to project the strength and vigour needed for one of the world’s most demanding jobs.

Though the race remains somewhat fluid, the poll found that voters were growing more decisive about their choices, with 79 per cent of Clinton supporters saying they would “definitely” vote for her and 81 per cent of Trump supporters saying the same for him.

In a statement, Clinton’s doctor said the former secretary of state had become overheated and dehydrated at the event in lower Manhattan. “I have just examined her and she is now rehydrated and recovering nicely”, Dr.

The physician said Clinton has had an allergy-related cough, and that during a follow-up examination Friday, the candidate was diagnosed with pneumonia, put on antibiotics, advised to rest and modify her schedule.

Clinton’s team tried to address some of the criticism on Monday morning, arguing that Clinton wanted to keep her full schedule and the fault for the lack of information rested with her staff.

Last year, Clinton’s campaign released a letter from Bardack attesting to the former secretary of state’s good health.

“Since we can’t get that done for taxes, I don’t think we’re going to get it done for health”, he said, referencing Trump’s refusal to match Clinton’s release of her personal tax records.

“There are so many of them”, she said, “I’ve lost track of them”. Clinton was a U.S. senator for NY at the time of the attacks. And because of a video showing the Democratic presidential nominee staggering and eventually slumping forward before being held up by three people as she was helped into a van. She stumbles and appears to fall off the curb as she is helped inside.

After leaving her daughter’s, Clinton was driven to her home in Chappaqua, N.Y., and made no public appearances. The episode was also sure to fuel a vocal group of online conspiracy theorists, deemed “healthers” by some Clinton supporters, who point to videos and photos of Clinton as evidence of her poor health.

Trump, who attended the same event marking the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, was noticeably restrained. According to the poll released on Sunday, Clinton was leading Trump 46 per cent to 41 per cent, Politico reported.

The incident compounds an already hard stretch for Ms Clinton as the presidential race enters its final stretch.

Trump and his allies pounced on Clinton’s “deplorables” remark, but remained mostly disciplined and silent on Clinton’s health. Clinton later said she regretted applying that description to “half” of Trump’s backers, but stuck by her assertion that the he has given a platform to “hateful views and voices”.

Last week, Clinton had an extensive coughing fit during a Labor Day rally in Cleveland, making it hard for her to speak for about two minutes. A stomach virus and dehydration prompted her to faint, causing what her doctor said was a concussion. Clinton also has experienced deep vein thrombosis, a clot usually in the leg, and takes the blood thinner Coumadin to prevent new clots.

It was a humid day in NY, with temperatures around 82 degrees Fahrenheit (28 Celsius).

“After being diagnosed with pneumonia, Hillary Clinton ran a two-hour national security meeting, gave a press conference, and spent an hour and a half in the heat at a September 11 event”, said Peter Daou, who worked for Clinton in the past and now has a communications firm. “Right? The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic – you name it”, she said, before stressing that other Trump supporters are frustrated and need sympathy.

“It was stiflingly hot. I feel great”, he said on “Fox and Friends”.

The media expressed suspicion over Clinton’s exit from the event after there were accounts that she had stumbled and had to be helped inside her vehicle. He said that ideally, presidential nominees should allow an independent panel to assess their health.
