IBerry launches Auxus Prime P8000 smartphone with fingerprint scanner for Rs
The price has now been confirmed at Snapdeal, which is the exclusive seller of the device. “Our new Auxus PRIME P8000 with its Elephone’s essence is definitely going to create an irresistible impact in the Indian market”.

The smartphone dubbed Auxus Prime P8000 is expected to be launched in India soon and will be available exclusively on Snapdeal by the end of this month. The Chinese manufacturer has teamed up with iBerry’s Auxus in India to launch the Auxus Prime P8000. The company has now announced that it will launch its P8000 smartphone in the country in a partnership with iberry, under the Auxus brand.
“Auxus PRIME P8000 comes with 5.5″ FHD display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. It packs the 64-bit octa-core Mediatek MT6753 chipset and 3GB (DDR3) RAM under the hood, and comes with 16GB internal storage and supports microSD cards of up to 128GB capacities.
Coming to the hardware specifications of the smartphone, as mentioned already, the device will carry basically the exact same hardware as the Elephone P8000, but with added support for LTE bands in India.
The Auxus Prime P8000 comes with a 13 MP rear camera with Samsung sensor and 5 MP front camera along with fingerprint scanner.
It is backed up by a huge 4165mah Li-poly battery with 2A Quick charge facility. Talking about the software, it is shipped with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box.
iBerry is known for its really whacky features and recently the company had launched its Auxus BEAST smartphone that has an ultra well protected screen.

The connectivity options bundled with the smartphone are 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS/ A-GPS, 3G as well as Micro-USB. The device also comes with other features such as proximity sensor, light sensor, and gravity sensor.
