Phantasy Star Online 2 still isn’t accessible to western gamers, and soon it will be inaccessible in all new ways.
Sega debuted the first promotional video for the television anime of its Phantasy Star Online 2 (PSO2) role-playing game on Sunday during an Arks Festival stage event. A PlayStation Vita version was released the following year. If there’s one thing that interests you guys more than Destiny servers being down, it would have to be the news that Phantasy Star Online 2 is on its way to PS4.

To this day, there are still plenty of fans that play the original game on the Sega Dreamcast. A playable demo will also be available at this year’s Tokyo Game Show. Fans in the area will be able to try out the PS4 version and see its difference from the PC and Vita versions.
