Last Sunday, a vehicle loaded with gas cylinders was found near Notre Dame cathedral and jerry cans of diesel, leading to the discovery of a plot to attack a Paris railway station under the direction of Islamic State.

In a statement, prosecutors said Madani and Hervouet were also charged with plotting to kill public officials, while Hervouet’s boyfriend was charged with failing to report a terrorist offence.
Mr Molins also said one of the women detained was engaged to two French extremists – one who slit the throat of a French priest in Normandy – who died after carrying out deadly attacks this year.
Both were known to police for their links to Islamist radicals.
A 15-year-old boy arrested in eastern Paris at the weekend was also brought before investigating magistrates and charged with conspiring to commit attacks.
The multiple arrests on September 7 are connected to three attacks: the foiled auto bomb attack near Notre Dame cathedral, the murder of two police near Paris this past June, and the stabbing of the French priest, Father Jacques Hamel as he was celebrating Mass this past month of July.
On Sept. 4, a Peugeot 607 containing seven gas cylinders, including an empty one on the front passenger seat, and three cans of diesel fuel was found near the famous tourist place Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris.
Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said that police had arrested 293 people in 2016, all of whom had established links to terrorist networks.
The auto was later found to contain five gas cylinders and three bottles of diesel.
A fourth woman, Ornella Gilligmann, who has been charged with terrorism over the find, told police she and Madani had tried to set the vehicle alight but fled when they saw a man they believed to be a police officer approach.
A 15-year-old boy is suspected of communicating plans for a knife attack over Telegram, an encrypted messaging app thought to be used by an Isis recruiter in France.
Investigators moved quickly to arrest her suspected accomplices, believing them to be on the cusp of staging an attack.
She was shot and wounded during the raid as she stabbed a police officer. She brandished a knife and she hit a policeman…
He is alleged to have exchanged messages with the murderers of priest Jacques Hamel and it has been revealed that Hervouet had been in a relationship with one of Hamel’s killers.
