Ryan Lochte rushed on “Dancing With the Stars” stage

Ryan Lochte’s ‘Dancing With The Stars’ debut descended into chaos on Monday (12 September) as protesters stormed the stage following his first performance. “A little hurt. I came out here and I wanted to do something I was completely uncomfortable with, and I did”, Lochte said when the network returned from a commercial, according to several media reports. The incident began just as Lochte and dancing partner Cheryl Burke were hearing the judges’ opinions of their performance during the telecast, and two men appeared to rush the stage.

Host Tom Bergeron, who is stood in front of the swimmer and Cheryl, then nervously tells camera they are cutting to a commercial break. Neither man made physical contact with Lochte or Burke, Lopez said.

Sododeh and Soroudi had tickets to be in the audience of the popular ABC show.

“I’m doing good. So many feelings are going through my head right now”.

Inaba shared her thoughts on the incident on Instagram after the show, saying “We had a bit of a scary moment during tonight’s live taping of “Dancing with the Stars”, but thanks to our security team and incredible staff at #DWTS, no one got hurt. And I did and I came out here with a big smile and I have the best dance partner”. The journey should have taken about half an hour according to the judge, yet security cameras showed them arriving at the village at around 7am. “So I’m hoping people give him a chance”.

“They were wearing white shirts that had Lochte’s name on it with an X. So, it was just insane”.

CNN crews captured two suspected protesters outside of the event being led away in handcuffs.

Lochte joined Season 23 of “Dancing With The Stars” after a spate of negative publicity he received for admitting he “over-exaggerated” claims that he and fellow swimmers were robbed at gunpoint in Rio de Janeiro.

“You know, you have to keep pushing, have another great week next week”, he said.
