He made the comment while discussing the federal government’s decision not to charge Clinton after an investigation into her use of a private email server.

Trump later appeared on Russian-owned television to take more shots at the American political press and American foreign policy. She’s a bad person.
Only 3 percent said they have a favorable impression of Trump.
The Republican nominee said Schlafly was “there for me when it was not at all fashionable”. Instead, the website claimed the conversation “ended on a unusual note” and reluctantly noted that Trump told King he does not dislike Clinton.
Donald Trump has arrived at the funeral of conservative icon Phyllis Schlafly.
Donald Trump said Friday that Hillary Clinton could “shoot somebody” in public and avoid prosecution – echoing a phrase he once used to describe his electoral invulnerability.
Trump said in an interview on “Fox and Friends” Monday morning that: “Something’s going on, but I just hope she gets well and gets back on the trail and we’ll be seeing her at the debate”.
“She even mysteriously lost 13 different phones before the Federal Bureau of Investigation could get them some were even destroyed with a hammer”, he said. “She could walk into this arena right now and shoot somebody with 20,000 people watching”, Trump said mimicking a gun with his hand, “right smack in the middle of the heart and she wouldn’t be prosecuted, OK?”
“The problem is, Hillary Clinton is trigger-happy”.
Much has been made of Clinton’s allergy to transparency, and I don’t excuse her obsessive secrecy over her emails and her almost 280 days without a news conference.
At a fundraiser Friday night in Manhattan, Clinton strongly criticized Trump, as well as his supporters. She reiterated her opposition to putting ground troops into Iraq, but instead said “we have to hit them from the air and intensify support for local Arab and Kurdish partners on the ground. She helped push Syria into a prolonged civil war by pushing regime change in that country too – without any plan for the day after”, Trump said.
His vice-presidential pick, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, added to the campaign’s Putin praise Thursday.
“By the way, when Iran, when they circle our lovely destroyers with their little boats”, Trump said, “and they make gestures at our people that they shouldn’t be allowed to make, they will be shot out of the water”.
Clinton made her comments at an LGBT fundraiser in NY late Friday, adding that Trump supporters are “The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic – you name it”.
“A future where America can find common ground with countries like Russian Federation and China is a better future for our children”, Trump said. Clinton released the names of her top money-raising “bundlers”; Trump refuses.
Schlafly died Monday at age 92.
The Huffington Post, whose founder Arianna Huffington has called the potential Trump presidency an existential threat, called the appearance “the latest in an odd series of moves” by the Republican nominee.

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, left, is welcomed to the stage by Laverne Cox, right, at a LBGT For Hillary Gala at the Cipriani Club, in New York, Friday, Sept. 9, 2016. You know, to just be grossly generalistic, you could put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables.
