Deputies said they are working to identify the caller and that nothing suspicious was found on campus.
The accident happened at approximately 11:10 a.m. Tuesday during one of the school’s lunch periods. The person or people responsible could face criminal charges, and student discipline including expulsion, according to authorities. The injuries did not appear to be life threatening.
The Hamilton-Middletown Journal-News (http://bit.ly/2cmzPj6 ) reports the threat to Lakota West High School in West Chester Township in the Cincinnati area was discovered Monday and resolved quickly. It’s also a good time to reiterate students’ responsibility to share information related to the safety of our school community with administration immediately.
The bomb threat comes the first school day after Warren County’s Mason High School saw a bomb threat cancel its Friday nigh home football game, which was then played on Sunday.
