3 new budget smartphones launched by Lenovo in the A-series
Lenovo has launched three new devices is the A series and will also be budget-friendly handsets.

Starting off with the Lenovo A6600, the handset can be bought in exchange of Rs 6999. In the camera department, the A7700 is similar to its smaller siblings with an 8MP camera at the back and a 2MP camera on the front.
The A6600 series comes with Android 6.0 out of the box and is powered by a 64-bit MediaTek 6735p quad-core 1.0GHz processor along with 1GB of RAM and 2GB RAM in A6600 Plus respectively. All the three new smartphones will come with Reliance Jio’s Preview Offer with 90 days validity.
Lenovo A6600, A6600 Plus and A7700 continue the company’s signature design strategy with mid-range specs.
The A6600 series is equipped with a 5-inch HD screen with a contrast ratio of 800:1. In terms of memory, the A7700 comes equipped with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage, which can be further expanded thanks to a microSD card slot.
The phone sports an 8-megapixel rear camera, and is backed by a 2,900 mAh battery. “Continuing the legacy, A6600 and A7700 offers brilliant performance with unparalleled user experience at a competitive price point”, Sudhin Mathur, Executive Director of Lenovo India’s mobile business group, said in a statement. They will be available in two color options – Matte White and Matte Black. Under the hood, there is a 1GHz quad-core processor, same as A6600 and A6600 Plus, 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage.
Executive Director, Mobile Business Group, Lenovo India, Sudhin Mathur said, “The Lenovo A series is one of our star performers and past year, we sold a million plus units of A6000, A6000 Plus and A7000”. It’s distinguished by the fact that it carries twin rear speakers which are accompanied by the Waves Maxxaudio effect. Dubbed as Lenovo A6600, A6600 Plus and A7700 these devices are 4G, and VoLTE enabled so that the users need not compromise even after they being a budget friendly devices.

The new A7700 is priced at INR 8,540 and will be available at your nearest retail outlet in September end. These two smartphones will be available for buying from mid-September.
