Oops: Clinton’s E-mail Technician Just Skipped His Congressional Heari
Two weeks after the New York Times busted Clinton in March 2015 for using a private email server, top Clinton aide Cheryl Mills held a conference call with other top staffers and Platte River Networks.

Pagliano previously plead the Fifth in a closed-door session with the House Select Committee on Benghazi previous year.
Justin Cooper, the Clinton aide who worked with Pagliano to set up the server in the basement of Clinton’s Chappaqua, N.Y. home, told the committee he lacks a security clearance and is “not an expert in computer security”.
Combetta told Federal Bureau of Investigation agents that when the use of the server became public in March 2015, he realized he had not deleted an archive of emails on Platte River’s server as directed by a Clinton aide four months earlier.
Chaffetz said there will be consequences for Pagliano’s refusal to appear and for “thumbing his nose at Congress”.
Separately, two other computer technicians who worked with Clinton declined to answer questions from United States lawmakers about the unauthorized private email system that she had set up. “I think those of us that have who have sat through this hearing can say the same”, said Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-Manhattan), invoking a line said by Bernie Sanders during the primary campaign. Platte River is the company that hosted and managed Clinton’s private server, which regularly transmitted top secret, classified information.
“I believe this committee is abusing taxpayer dollars and the authority of Congress in an astonishing onslaught of political attacks to damage secretary Clinton’s campaign for president”, Cummings said. The servers processed secret and classified information and government emails through Clinton’s private network, in violation of the law.
“I think it’s practical to not just throw away a cold device into some sort of garbage receptacle where someone might pick it up out of curiosity and try to use it”, Cooper responded.
Combetta and Thornton repeatedly invoked their constitutional right not to incriminate themselves during about 10 minutes of questioning while under oath before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
Chaffetz said he would be considering a “full range of options” to address Bryan Pagliano’s “failure” to attend the House committee hearing, Fox reported.
“This reckless scheme, which began as an attempt to hide corruption between the Clinton Foundation and Hillary Clinton’s State Department, ultimately put national security at risk by exposing classified material on thousands of occasions”, Miller asserted.
