Russian Paralympians broke 25 world records at an alternative games organised after the country’s national team had been banned from participating in the 2016 Rio Games, the Russian Sports Ministry said Monday.

On Sunday three gold medals, one each from Team captain Lucy Ejike and fellow Power-lifter, Paul Kehinde as well as Onye Lauritta in Women’s shot put had increased Team Nigeria gold medals to four.
