Brad Paisley to perform at Razorbacks postgame show

If you’ve heard Brad Paisley’s “My Country Nation” or seen the video, you know its filled with shout-outs to colleges and college sports mascots.

The tour kicks off September 6, 2015 at Virginia Tech – the night before the well anticipated Ohio State game! Additional university dates will be announced in the coming weeks.

The shows will be free of charge, courtesy of a partnership with IMG and ZAXBY’s. The country star has announced his plans to launch a college tour this September.

Paisley is now out on the road on his 2015 Crushin’ It World Tour, which runs through early October and features Justin Moore and Mickey Guyton as special guests.

“Music and sports are passions of so many people-Zaxby’s included-and we couldn’t think of a better way to unite the two this fall”, said Zaxby’s CEO and co-founder Zach McLeroy. “This free concert provides UT students and fans an opportunity to come together and build community excitement prior to our football home opener vs. Rice on September 12”.

What’s a guy to do once he reaches the upper echelons of country music fame? It becomes the fourth release from the chart-topping album from 2014. Paisley has partnered with Boot Barn® and developed an exclusive line of jeans, hats, T-shirts, jewelry, belts and woven shirts called Moonshine Spirit by Brad Paisley. It will be the duo’s eighth year hosting the awards show. The Raging Idiots debut album “Charity Hilarity” has been downloaded over 10,000 times.
