Looks like Games of Thrones Gendry has finally stopped rowing
Joe Dempsie has been photographed arriving at Belfast Airport, sparking fan speculation that his character, Gendry, is set to return in the upcoming seventh season of Game of Thrones.

Apparently, the Stark sisters made a whole day of it and even stopped at a local tattoo parlor.
Three minutes into Leeches & Chill and she gives you this look.
While not completely unexpected – he was spotted on a plane to Belfast with Brienne actor Gwendoline Christie – the photos of him in Belfast confirm his story is far from over.
Potential spoilers for Game of Thrones follow, read at your own risk! No doubt Harington is enjoying being able to act normally and interact with fans while shooting Season 7.
While this does not confirm that Gendry’s back, Dempsie probably isn’t there on vacation.
Game of Thrones Season 7 will air in Summer 2017.
Robert Baratheon’s only surviving child was last seen escaping Melisandre’s clutches with the help of Ser Davos Seaworth in the season three finale – a suspiciously inconclusive ending for a character who once played a significant role.
Following the death of wannabe king Stannis Baratheon (Stephen Dillane) in season five and the demise of King Tommen Baratheon (Dean-Charles Chapman) this year, Gendry technically has a strong claim to the Iron Throne through his illegitimate father King Robert (Mark Addy). Dempsie walking through the Belfast airport doesn’t prove he’ll be back on the show.

“I believe we will cross paths with Gendry again in Oldtown when Sam starts his studies as a Maester”, wrote Reddit user Sethg119. However, WOTW notes he was also rumored to be in town in August and has no other known acting projects in Northern Ireland. He went on to say he’s ready to put Gendry’s meme out to pasture.
