Hillary Clinton is “healthy and fit to serve as President of the United States”, according to medical records released Wednesday by her presidential campaign.

Bardack examined Clinton as recently as Wednesday, and has done so several other times since she was diagnosed with pneumonia Friday, according to a campaign aide.
In Wednesday’s letter, Bardack writes that outside of a few infections during the past year, Clinton is in solid health.
Bardack has evaluated the former USA secretary of state several times, including on Wednesday, after a chest scan on Friday detected her pneumonia. Clinton’s doctor later released a statement saying the Democratic presidential candidate’s fatigue was related to a previously undisclosed pneumonia diagnosis. Only after the release of the video did the Clinton campaign reveal she had been diagnosed with pneumonia. Though senior aides knew about Clinton’s diagnosis, the delay in public disclosure fueled criticism that she is prone to secrecy and fed unsubstantiated internet rumors that she is hiding a health issue.
Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has released her medical records.
Questions have been raised about Clinton’s health dating back to 2013, when the Secretary of State fell, hit her head and developed what she said was a blood clot.
A lot of people still have questions about Hillary Clinton’s health after her bout of pneumonia.
Bardack said Clinton is up to date on all vaccines, two given to help prevent pneumonia – Prevnar and Pneumovax. Doctors are treating her with Levaquin, which she has been advised to take for 10 days.
Clinton’s Republican rival Donald Trump will also reveal the results of his own recent medical exam during a TV show set to be aired on Thursday, said a daily report by The Hill, a top US political website.
Clinton had released a detailed statement about her medical history in July 2015. Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook drew a contrast between Clinton’s extensive letter from her physician and Trump’s way of releasing his health history. His campaign said more information about his health would be made public Thursday. John McCain released more than a thousand pages of medical records to show he was cancer-free and fit to serve as president.
In the episode, which will air on Thursday, Trump provided Dr. Mehmet Oz with the results of a physical exam performed last week by his longtime physician, Dr. Harold Bornstein of Lenox Hill Hospital, according to the show’s executives. Read the full letter here.

A spokeswoman for Oz’s show Wednesday said “I can’t confirm or deny anything that will be on the show”. Among the revelations, Trump, 70, has high cholesterol and a body-mass index of about 30 – which government specialists say is on the border between overweight and obese. Trump weighs 267 pounds, according to media reports. Bardack added that Clinton was “recovering well with antibiotics and rest” after she felt dizzy and appeared to collapse at a 9/11 memorial ceremony. In addition to listing the results of tests the physician, Dr. Brian Monahan, pronounced him “in overall excellent health”.
