Woman charged over foiled Paris terror plot
One of the women, identified as 23-year old Sarah H., had ties to French nationals who killed three people in recent terror attacks on French soil, Paris Prosecutor François Molins told a news conference.

Ornella G.’s fingerprints were found in a Peugeot vehicle abandoned last Sunday a few hundred metres from Notre Dame with five gas cylinders and three bottles of diesel fuel inside, according to the probe.
During the arrest, the 19-year-old daughter of the car’s owner, Ines Madani was shot in the leg when she lunged at a police officer with a knife.
The suspect was remanded in custody on charges of attempted murder and terrorist association.
The prime minister, Manuel Valls, said on Sunday that the current terror threat in France was at “maximum” and that at least two terror attacks were thwarted last week.
The French capital was put on high alert last week when French officials said they dismantled a “terrorist cell” that planned to attack a Paris railway station.
The trio have not yet been charged.
The boy had been under house arrest since France declared a state emergency after the November 13, 2015 attacks in Paris in which IS group militants killed 130 people, two sources said on condition of anonymity.
He said police opened fire aftr the policeman was stabbed, injuring one of the women.
She was arrested with her boyfriend in southern France Tuesday.
In the pledge, Madani wrote that she was “answering the call of al-Adnani”, referring to Abu Muhammad al-Adnani, a senior IS figure who had called on Muslims in the West to carry out attacks.
Paris prosecutor Francois Molins said on Friday that Ornella G‘s fingerprints were found inside the auto.
Molins said the use of a terrorist cell made up nearly entirely of young women represented a chilling turn in IS tactics, the New York Times reported.
The woman, named as Ornella G, was linked to a women’s terror “commando” that the Paris prosecutor said was guided by Islamic State from Syria.
Security is one of the hot issues in early campaigning for next year’s presidential elections.
“We are involved in an extremely intense, round-the-clock mission to protect the French public, and we are getting results”, Cazeneuve said. A series of attacks targeting young concert-goers, soccer fans and Parisians enjoying a Friday night out at popular nightspots killed over 100 people in the deadliest violence to strike France since World War II.
