Trump campaign manager: ‘Are you calling him a liar?’

Donald Trump’s campaign manager bristled at questions over whether the Republican presidential nominee is using the specter of an IRS audit to avoid releasing his tax returns, hitting back forcefully when asked Tuesday for proof of the audit.

Trump is supposed to release the results of a physical from last week on an appearance on The Dr. Oz Show that will be taped Wednesday but air Thursday, according to Fox News.

After getting no traction on Trump’s health non-issue, Camerota brought up the release of his tax returns about 3:35 mark. Apparently she was expecting an open forum to bash Clinton?

“Why in the world did Hillary Clinton lie to everyone and hide such an important fact for two days?”

“I’m sorry. Are you calling him a liar?”.

Conway then let Camerota have it, going berserk. I don’t expect it from journalists. “In other words, I don’t see it as journalism”.

Camerota asked once again, “Has Donald Trump, or will he, release anything from the IRS – a letter from the IRS – proving that he’s under audit?”

“How is it badgering to just ask for the evidence of a claim?” “There is a tradition here, started many decades ago … that the American people have a right to know what the health is of their prospective Commander-in-Chief”, she said. It also says that all of his latest medical examinations and tests were only positive results, which of course is amusing because that means something’s wrong, but that’s not what he meant. But that’s not what he meant. “He won’t be releasing the fact that he had pneumonia for the last two days and then lied about it”.
