Looks like I forgot how many conventions there are this time of year.

FINAL FANTASY XV is the highly anticipated action roleplaying game (RPG) and 15th mainline entry in the iconic FINAL FANTASY franchise.

Square Enix released a new trailer and set of screenshots for Final Fantasy XV at Tokyo Game Show 2016.

No longer would it be held back by its laughing stock Final Fantasy XIII connections.

FINAL FANTASY, the FINAL FANTASY XV logo, CRYSTAL DYNAMICS, DRAGON QUEST, EIDOS, IO INTERACTIVE, SPACE INVADERS, SQUARE ENIX, the SQUARE ENIX logo, TAITO and TOMB RAIDER are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Square Enix group of companies.

The newest addition to the trailer roster is no exception, either: the extended version of the other Tokyo Game Show snippet that was released teases new characters, another glimpse at the summons, some brother-on-brother violence and reveals more about the game’s supposed antagonist.

Nothing too flashy, but that theme makes all the difference in the world. I can’t wait to finally play this game.
