With Bradford’s exit, Chase Daniel is expected to start the regular season as the quarterback for the Eagles with rookie Carson Wentz as the backup. That won’t end up happening. The move came in the wake of Vikings QB Teddy Bridgewater’s season-ending injury.

His mental outlook has remained positive despite the injury hardship.

Both teams got what they wanted from this trade, the Eagles accelerated their rebuilding process, while the Vikings can still compete for a playoff spot this year.

It remains to be seen when Bradford will take over the reins.
He is going to be the workhorse for the Minnesota offense and will take a lot of pressure off of Bradford. Bradford has passed for 14,790 career yards and 78 touchdowns in 63 games. “Everything’s just sped up”, Bradford said of his preparation with the Vikings.
Now, a lot of the hard work must be done by Bradford, who is with his sixth coordinator in seven seasons.
Mularkey, on the other hand, said Tennessee is not splitting reps with different scout quarterbacks, in an attempt to account for two different passers who could play Sunday.
Considering what they gave up, the Vikings are counting on big things from Bradford, a seven-year veteran.
