Pastor cuts Trump short during anti-Clinton speech in Flint
Donald Trump said Thursday he “figured something was up” with a pastor who interrupted him at a church in MI a day earlier once he started criticizing his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton, saying the pastor was “like a nervous mess”.

Something wasn’t up, according to Pastor Faith, who simply stated that she wanted to keep Trump on task.
“Just like she’s failed on foreign policy, everything she touched din’t work out”. The reverend of the church he was speaking at interrupted him and told him to stop making a political speech.
“OK, that’s good. I’m going to go back onto Flint” he said. Demonstrators both for and against the Republican presidential candidate gathered along a highway near the Flint water plant as Trump was about to embark on his visit.
Pastor Green-Timmons says the goal was to keep everyone respectful. What did she think Trump would say?
“I told the hecklers the same thing, “no, you will respect him, he will be respected and I will be respected” so I shut them down as well”.
And one person reasoned what it would take to correct that situation.
Following the event, she said in a post on the church’s Facebook page that the Trump campaign “claimed he was swinging by and stepping through only to greet the volunteers and thank them with no political rhetoric of any kind”.
Trump continued to speak about Flint and Rev. Timmons admonished the crowd for their heckling.
But instead of focusing on the task at hand, the GOP presidential candidate tried to use the opportunity to bash his opponent, Hillary Clinton. “I can only say in the strongest of terms that we can fix this problem”, Trump said.
The New York businessman pivoted from GM’s decades-long declining presence in Flint to Wednesday’s news that Ford Motor Co. plans to move all small auto production to Mexico within two to three years.
“She is recovering well with antibiotics and rest”, said her doctor, Lisa Bardack, in a letter released by her campaign.
Trump made his first visit to Flint on Wednesday, home to a water crisis that contaminated the city’s water supply, rendering it toxic.
Meanwhile, Trump mentioned the incident at a later rally in Canton, Ohio. “I’m running to bring hope to Flint”.
