Apple’s iOS 10 update causes major problems for some users, ‘bricks’ devices

Users of the iPhone and iPad in the United Kingdom with a compatible device – iPhone 5 and newer, or iPad mini 2 and newer – are eligible for the update.

With new iPhones hitting the markets Friday, Apple is seeking to regain momentum and set new trends for the smartphone industry and tech sector.

Apple has confirmed the flaw in the operating system and said to fix it.

In the new release, Apple is introducing a completely redesigned Apple Music section, including the addition of the personalized playlists, as well as Siri integration.

iOS 10 is rolling out right now to the iPhone 5 and above, iPad 4th gen, iPad mini 2 and later, all iPad Air and Pro variants, and iPod Touch 6th gen.
