Clinton Releases Details From Her Medical Exam, Test Results
Hillary Clinton is healthy and fit to serve as president, her doctor says in a letter on the US Democratic candidate’s medical condition provided by her campaign.

Clinton, who according to ABC News said she had not disclosed her Friday diagnosis earlier because she believed she could “keep going forward and power through it”, subsequently opted to take three days from campaigning to recover.
The letter from Clinton’s doctor made no mention of her weight, a key part of any medical exam, nor did a similar letter released past year.
When the Democratic nominee stumbled leaving an event honoring the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks in NY on Sunday, her campaign initially blamed the heat, saying Clinton had become “overheated”. Her campaign said later in the day that the former secretary of state had been diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday.
Ms. Clinton was at home in Chappaqua, New York for a third straight day Wednesday, recovering from a health scare that has rocked her bid to become America’s first woman president.
Mrs Clinton’s blood pressure (of 100 over 70) and total cholesterol (189) were all within healthy levels, according to the letter.
Donald Trump has tread carefully in talking about Clinton’s condition in recent days, but he has sought to present himself as a picture of good health in contrast to her recent illness.
Trump then pulled two pieces of paper out of his suit pocket that he said contained test results from his latest physical examination and a letter from Lenox Hill Hospital in NY.
Trump’s doctor says the Republican is 6-foot-3 and 236 pounds – giving him a body mass index falling into the “overweight” range. (Clinton is actually two years younger than the GOP presidential nominee.) He has called her “low energy” and said she likes to take naps. She is scheduled to return to the campaign trail on Thursday.
Wednesday’s letter said recent testing, in coordination with her hematologist, all within the past month, had come back normal.
Clinton is suffering from “a mild noncontagious bacterial pneumonia” and is on a slew of medications to treat a variety of issues, including blood clots and allergies. She takes a thyroid medication and a blood thinner, Coumadin.
The interview will air today, but those who viewed its taping said Mr Trump discussed his desire to lose 15 to 20lb.
Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump speaks at a campaign rally in Canton, Ohio, US, September 14, 2016. Tim Kaine of Virginia, also released a two-page medical summary.
The Trump campaign reversed itself twice yesterday over whether he would turn the full exam results over to Dr Oz, leading to speculation that there was something Mr Trump wanted to hide.
