Hinting at such a possibility, one of the survey questions shared by MacRumors reader Blake specifically asks MacBook Pro users if they ever use the headphone jack on their MacBook Pro with Retina display.
After the decision to remove the headphone jack from the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, it seems Apple now has the urge to continue its villainous spree with attention now focused on the MacBook Pro with Retina display. The answer to that question remains unclear. Yet another rumor has popped up concerning the future of headphone jacks in MacBooks.
They are concerned with the headphone jack, and with this latest revelation, it is possible that the 3.5mm headphone jack might cease to exist on the upcoming MacBook Pro. Will the headphone jack be next?
Other questions relate to various other ports on the current MacBook Pro, such as asking how you import photos, or if you’re satisfied with the battery life. Let us know in the comments.
The new MacBook Pro 2016 is also thought to be lighter and thinner than previous models and could come with Touch ID fingerprint scanning.
