“Once everything is resolved, we will make decisions and the club will announce everything”, Valencia coach Nuno Espirito Santo said. Aged 27, the centre-back is much sought after by both Manchester giants due to his work ethic and also his ability to score goals even though this is not his main position (he scored 6 in 25 appearances last season).
City have brokered a deal with Valencia for the 26-year-old that will see them pay slightly less than the player’s £36million release clause because they still owe the club a portion of the Alvaro Negredo fee.

This is Valencia’s first Champions League game since exit against PSG in March of 2013.
Valencia CF: Ryan; Barragan, Mustafi, Vezo, Gaya; Perez, Parejo, Rodrigo de Paul; Feghouli, Rodrigo Moreno, Alcacer.
“There is nothing more important than the Monaco match”, the Portuguese told a news conference.

Jeremy Toulalan – with Joao Moutinho injured and his probable substitute Mario Pasalic still little inexperienced, the burden of carrying Monaco’s midfield will most certainly fall upon the shoulders of the French veteran midfielder.
