Week 2 in the National Football League kicks off with a huge Thursday Night matchup between the division rivals NY and Buffalo, with both teams desperate for a win.

Bills coach Rex Ryan says facing the Jets again doesn’t matter, adding that he got all that emotion out of the way a year ago, his first in Buffalo.

The Jets have had a hard time beating the Bills, dating all the way back to Ryan’s coaching days in NY. Stopping the run will be key for the Bills if they are to have any success against their NY rivals. He may have beaten the Jets twice last year but this is a new season, the Jets have all last year’s offense back and added Matt Forte which only improves the team and overall the Jets have too much for the under-strength Bills. In two losses against Bills last season, Fitzpatrick went combined 31 of 71 for 374 with four TDs and five interceptions. For a team desperate to make the playoffs for the first time in 17 years, more instability is the last thing they need. So the more we can get him the ball, the better we are as a team. In what should be a defensive struggle throughout, look for the Bills to play significantly better offensively and for Tyrod Taylor to rebound from a lackluster Week 1 performance at Baltimore. Myself, I expect to have a bigger game than last. you can’t control what happened last week.”But the Bills can control what happens tonight”. And, with the Bills on the hook for a Week One loss last week against the Ravens, his hot seat figures to warm with each passing defeat. Heading into Week 2, all eyes for them will be on wide receiver Sammy Watkins. Buffalo’s next two games see them take on Arizona and New England, bringing 0-4 to start the season into a possibility.

NEW YORK JETS will defeat Buffalo.

The individual matchup to watch for me is Sammy Watkins and Darrelle Revis, Revis took a beating in the NY media following what AJ Green did for the Bengals. With that said, here are five players who will go a long way towards determining who wins. He didn’t do much in the first game other than beat Revis for a late first down that allowed the Bills to run out the clock. The Jets have to maintain a strong offense as well, and achieving that task would be much more hard without their best pass-catcher. And everyone one of you, I f–ing know you’ve got my back. So I think that can be-they’re going to get the brunt of it.
