Daniel Craig Offered 1000 Crores To Reprise James Bond Role
Actor Daniel Craig has reportedly been offered a cool $150m to play James Bond for another two films, such is the uncertainty surrounding the suitability of his potential replacements.

According to United States celebrity website RadarOnline, Sony has offered the English actor $150 million to reprise his role as the suave 007 agent.
No matter if Sony ends up re-upping their distribution contract, it’s EON’s call in the end.
Speculation around who will take on the formidable character next has been rife, but it looks like the folks behind the franchise, Sony, don’t want to see the back of Craig just yet. However, there are a few issues with this news that make us think it might not be the most reliable piece of information.
“The studio is desperate to secure the actor’s services while they phase in a younger long-term successor“, a source told the celebrity news website Radar. Is it enough cash to convince Craig to do two James Bond movies back-to-back?
It’s interesting to hear rumors concerning Sony’s reasoning for their $150 million offer to Craig.
But could the movie studios, eager to wring another couple of Bond films out of the bankable star, have made him an offer he can’t refuse? Sam Mendes, Skyfall and Spectre director, ruled himself out of returning. Fans of the Starz time traveler series believe that the 36-year-old Scottish actor deserves to be chosen as the next agent 007 because of his wonderful performance playing the role of Jamie Fraser.
It would also further the frenzy of speculation over who the next James Bond would be. And the answer is far from being a definitive one because there are more than five candidates, and none of them seems to fill Bond’s shoes. Furthermore, Tom Hiddleston appears to be the running favorite to step into the tuxedo should Craig confirm his departure.
According to Express U.K., the actors who were being favored by the odds were Poldark Aidan Turnes at 9/4 with James Norton and Paddy Power. But there are certainly plenty of hints of at least the idea of Sony wanting Craig back to be true. Behind them is Jack Huston at 6/1. You might even want someone considered “outside the box” to reflect our changing times, like Idris Elba or Gillian Anderson.
