We’re midway through September, which can mean only one thing – the official release of Federation Internationale de Football Association 17 is nearly upon us – (can you feel the excitement?).

The engine has been advertised as delivering authentic, true-to- life action that will be showcased in the new The Journey mode for the most part. The game will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
The boffins in charge of Federation Internationale de Football Association 17’s player attributes seem to believe otherwise for all these predictions, though.
Some of the players have since moved on (especially a certain goalkeeper) we put the game through its paces on the PS4.
You get to play part of the all-new story mode, The Journey, and exhibition matches with 12 full teams to choose from.
While the demo only includes Hunter’s first big game and a few dialogue choices based around it, The Journey looks like it will be a long and engaging story. In the Journey mode, the commentary is specific towards the character Alex Hunter as commentators will directly track his contributions and progression in real-time.
If you want to see the ratings for Man City, Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus, you can head to the ratings hub. The Xbox One version has a file size of 8.05GB, the Xbox 360 demo requires 1.42GB of space and the PlayStation 4 “FIFA 17” demo needs 7.6GB of hard drive space.
Obviously it hasn’t turned out that way and we’ll have to wait until September 27 to experience the game in its entirety, but the demo gives us enough to immerse ourselves in until then.
