Trump Releases Weight, Cholesterol, Blood Sugar And Other Medical Information
“The results of Trump’s medical, which he said he had several weeks prior to the show, state he is 236lbs (16st8lbs) and stands at 6’3”, giving him a BMI of 29.1 – which the NHS states is overweight.

He said that standing at a podium, delivering his signature rally speeches, is one of the ways he stays healthy on the campaign trail. Clinton in 2015 released a two-page letter outlining her own medical condition.
The show released a short clip on Wednesday that did not include any medical information.
Mr Trump released the letter from his doctor, Harold N Bornstein, following a recent physical examination. Still, it doesn’t offer a complete picture of the candidate’s health. His total cholesterol was 169; his LDL or “bad” cholesterol was 94, and his HDL or “good” cholesterol was 63.
The physical was done September 9 by Dr. Harold N. Bornstein of New York City, the same doctor who raved about Trump’s health in a December statement.
But according to the World Health Organization standards, Trump is overweight and almost obese with a body mass index (BMI) of 29.5.
Trump, for his part, McCaskill said, is “promising things that are totally not true” and “lying nearly every time he opens his mouth”.
Clinton on Wednesday had released a much more complete medical report than Trump in which she revealed that she takes medication to control hypothyroidism, to prevent blood clots – a problem implicated in the fainting spell she suffered in 2012 – and to control allergies, along with vitamin B-12 and medications to control infections as needed. A colonoscopy done in 2013 was normal, according to Bornstein. All of these are in a normal range.
While abstaining from alcohol and tobacco, Trump’s fast food-heavy diet would be less than Brady-approved.
Trump’s only other admission about his personal health came in the form of a letter from Bornstein in December that contained few specifics, but included broad hyperbole.
In the zany days since then, Trump’s camp and Dr. Mehmet Oz gave conflicting statements about just what medical information would be unveiled during Trump’s special appearance on the show.
The TV doctor did tell Trump that he was a little overweight, and Trump said that he would like to lose 15-20 pounds.

He has no family history of premature cardiac or neoplastic disease, the letter added. His father had Alzheimer’s late in life, according to his obituary.
