Clinton returns to campaign after releasing health info

The Democratic presidential nominee spoke in the battleground state of North Carolina and talked about her reluctance to take time off the trail while she was sick.

On Wednesday, the Republican handed over the one-page summary of his recent exam to Dr. Mehmet Oz while taping an episode of Oz’s show.

Meantime, Donald Trump’s campaign issued health information with his doctor proclaiming him in “excellent physical health”.

So 54 percent of the people who said they’d vote for Clinton said they picked her because they don’t like Trump. The poll also shows that, in the event that neither Clinton nor Trump were able to complete their terms, Republican VP candidate Mike Pence is viewed as more capable than Clinton’s VP nominee, Tim Kaine. None has treated either candidate, and they emphasize they are speaking generally.

The syndicated television show will not be broadcast until Thursday and the campaign declined to immediately disclose the results. She has also had a normal mammogram and breast ultrasound, according to the letter. Trump and Clinton have not allowed an outside verification of their doctors’ claims.

She “is recovering well with antibiotics and rest” after being laid low over the weekend, when she suffered from fatigue and a low-grade fever, although her vital signs remained normal, Ms. Bardack said.

But Bardack said in a detailed medical report of the Clinton released by her campaign today that “she is recovering well with antibiotics and rest”.

In January, she received treatment for an ear and sinus infection which included placing a drainage tube in her left ear, but a CT scan of her brain and sinuses showed no abnormalities.

The campaign said additional details, in the form of a comprehensive letter from Bardack, would be forthcoming later Wednesday.

The health status of US presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump is under the microscope as their bitter campaign intensifies.

Her campaign had been pressed to be more transparent about Mrs Clinton’s health, particularly after it failed to reveal her Friday pneumonia diagnosis until Sunday, when she almost collapsed as she left the Ground Zero site in NY. Bornstein said in August that he wrote the letter in five minutes while Trump’s limo waited outside his office.

The complication led Mrs Clinton to spend a few days in hospital and take a month off from her job at the State Department.

Clinton’s Republican rival Donald Trump will also reveal the results of his own recent medical exam during a TV show set to be aired on Thursday, said a daily report by The Hill, a top USA political website.

Meanwhile, Trump said he was just like many other Americans – he wants to lose weight.
